Open Network for Commerce Exchange (“ConnectONCE”) has created this Privacy Statement to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. When you use (“Web site”), you consent to ConnectONCE’s use of any information provided by you to ConnectONCE such as your company name, current e-mail address and phone number (“User Information”). This Privacy Statement may change periodically, so please check back from time to time. For your information, the date of the last update to this Privacy Statement is stated at the top of this statement. In certain areas of the Web site, we ask you to provide User Information to register for events, contact us, register for a Member Portal account, or participate in surveys. The features of the Web site where User Information is collected are explained below:

To contact us through the Web Site, a user must submit User Information that will be used for us to respond.  This information may be added to our mailing list to receive ConnectONCE information regarding events and updates.

  1. Member Registration

Members of ConnectONCE must fill out a registration form and provide User Information to access our Member Portal. ConnectONCE will provide registered users with a user ID and password.

  1. Summit Registration

Individuals attending our Summits and other events may be asked to submit necessary User Information to register for an event.  In some cases, this information may be passed to a 3rd party, such as a Hotel, to reserve a room.  If this is to happen, it will be clearly stated on the registration form.   User Information from registrations may be placed on our mailing list for future events.

  1. Online Surveys

From time-to-time ConnectONCE may include surveys on our Web site.  Unless stated otherwise on the survey, the only User Information collected is an IP address for security purposes.

ConnectONCE may use User Information to periodically provide information about events, projects, or news to Members or those on our mailing list.  We may also share User Information with Members to facilitate communication between Members and those on our mailing list. ConnectONCE does not sell User Information.

An Internet Protocol (“IP”) address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you use the Internet. ConnectONCE collects IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our Web site, and to identify individual users for security purposes.
