PROACTIS, a global Spend Control and eProcurement solution provider, today announced Sint Jans Gasthuis Hospital has selected PROACTIS to streamline its purchasing processes.
Sint Jans Gasthuis Hospital (SJG) is a regional hospital operating in the Netherlands that employs around 1,000 people. As part of a strategic program to improve internal processes, SJG has selected PROACTIS eProcurement solutions, including Purchase-to-Pay, Electronic Invoicing, Stores, and Contract Management.
The PROACTIS eProcurement solutions will enable the hospital to automate and streamline the entire day-to-day buying process, from request through authorisation, ordering, invoice processing, and payment via Accounts Payable. Integration between the Purchase-to-Pay and Contract Management systems will increase the proportion of “on contract” spend by providing improved visibility and control of contracts and ensuring all purchases comply.
